Sin embargo, para nosotros, los especialistas en oncolog\u00eda, el ejercicio es una de las herramientas de prevenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s potentes y subutilizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La evidencia es clara:<\/strong> la actividad f\u00edsica regular no solo mejora la calidad de vida, sino que reduce significativamente el riesgo de desarrollar varios tipos de c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Mec\u00e1nica de la Protecci\u00f3n: \u00bfC\u00f3mo Funciona el Ejercicio?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando usted se mueve, su cuerpo pone en marcha varios mecanismos de defensa biol\u00f3gica que impactan directamente el riesgo oncol\u00f3gico:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regulaci\u00f3n Hormonal:<\/strong> El ejercicio ayuda a mantener niveles saludables de hormonas como el estr\u00f3geno y la insulina. Niveles elevados de estas hormonas se han relacionado con un mayor riesgo de c\u00e1ncer de mama, endometrio y colon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Control de Peso:<\/strong> La obesidad es un factor de riesgo importante para al menos 13 tipos de c\u00e1ncer.
